If my iowa drivers license is suspended can i get a colorado license when i move their?

No. Colorado will know when you apply. You have to show them your last one issued and your birth certificate when you apply. when your suspension runs out, then they will give you one when you show proof of an SR22 too.

No. One of the requirements for getting a license in one state is not having a suspended license in another state.

There is a national data base for driving records so you will have to clear your Iowa problems before Colorado will issue you a new license. Good Luck
