How fast can people learn to drive?

  • My goal is to get my license by the end of july. Do you think its possible?? I am really nervous but I know I can make it. I am 22 years old and never drove a car before but My husband has a truck and I really want to start driving...anyways just thought id ask.

    i knew how to drive..(stopping and going and turning) an automatic car when i was about 10-11 and when i turned 13 i could drive stick (stopping at stop signs red lights...etc and then going and turning) When i was 14 i had raced in a 500-600hp car only race 1.8 mile track with a vw golf and i had wont $2500 and then thats when i found i was good for racing thats when i started to really get into cars...now i can fix all the cars that that are brought to me and i can easily add performance parts to cars....and im only 16 now...oh yeah and i drive a 1992 Corrado with about 450 hp

Driving is not something that you will learn overnight. It takes time, skill, and tons of practice to become a very good driver. If I were you, you and your husband should go to a vacant lot somewhere to let you get the feel of the wheel. This will enable you to eventually be able to drive on the streets flawlessly. Practice makes perfect!!! Once you learn it, it's second nature. It's as easy as it can get and you will be able to perform the task of driving daily without any error. Best wishes to you!!!

You can probably ask your huband if yuo can practice driving in little places or try parking with him helping you a lot. I have a private driveway so it's long and my dad used to let me drive so I could be better at driivng you should try something like this.

you can learn in two hours. It's the parallel parking that takes a while to master. You can definitly learn by the end of July.

Of course, you will be able to drive by the end of July. Just stay in your own lane, and watch out for the other drivers, and you will be fine.
