Can I get car insurance in Michigan with just a learners permit?

    18 yo + no driving experience will make your insurance very very high. If your parent have car insurance you should ask them to add you under their policy. Do you drive daily? If not ask them to add you ask a part time driver to get more discount of course you can get insurance with a learners permit. They insurance won't mind, you will just pay a lot more ask you will consider as a risky driver. you can just call your insurance agent and arrange for coverage and they will be happy to give you a quote
