Answer:
the judge who suspended them will have to reinstate the hardship. you will have to go to the judge and request a hardship. it would be a lot better if an attorney did it for you .

You shouldn't have broken the law that you broke that resulted in getting the suspension. No sympathy. You don't deserve any.

No such thing as a hardship license! Maybe from now on you will think thrice before violating driving laws.

The laws vary from state to state but in most you are required to go through a "hard suspension" before they will allow you to apply for a hardship. The length of the hard suspension can be as little as 30 days or in the case of repeat offenders with long suspensions it can be as much as 5 years. Your best bet is to contact your local DMV office. They can help you find out when and how to apply for a hearing. Good luck

Only a judge can overturn that suspension.Drive anyway, just be careful.Work on the License with a Lawyer.Nothing you can do will help.If your afraid to chance the road, put up an ad at work for carpooling or ride needed, If that fails take a cab in and hitchhike home.

You certainly have a delema. On the one hand, you need your license, on the other, you lost it for some unknown reason. Actually, you screwed up, plain and simple. You can ask to see the adjudication department at the local DMV, tell them of your situation, if it's for a DUI or similar situation, you don't have a chance. If it's for a minor infraction that you neglected due to your job, then you may have a shot. The chances are very slim that you can get it changed. Is there bus service? If there is, own up to your boss and tell the truth, it's much better than a lie and I'm sure you will be looked upon as a person of integrity for telling it like it is. Good luck in your quest. Rick

If you were suspended you don't belong behind the wheel! Take a bus, rail, cab or hire a driver! All of which are cheaper than hiring an attorney to fight a losing battle, you have no "hardship"! Maybe if you had to drive across state for a transfusion.

Your license was suspended as a result of some driving infraction(s). This is called punishment. It isn't supposed to be convenient for you. Maybe next time, you'll safeguard your driving PRIVILEGE a little better.
