How Many points can you have on your CA license?

How many points can somebody under 18 get on their license?

• I got points on my license for rolling through a stop sign near my high school back in december. I'm not sure how many I got though. But yesterday i got on the highway and missed the last exit before jersey and got pulled over right over the border. He gave me a citation for unsafe lane change. I'm not telling my parents i just assumed i would pay the fine...but i'm scared that i'll get more points that will suspend my license...any opinions?

  There's no limit to the points you can gather up against your license. Of course once you reach the limit your state sets your license can be suspended.
