Where can I buy an electric car engine?

Car insurance, if I sell my old car and buy a new one with bigger engine can I put this on my insurance.?

  • Im thinking of buying a rover mini soon but the only problem is the engine size, as a 1.3 this is bigger than the current car registered on the insurance and I was wondering if it would be possible to change it. I expect there to be a charge for changing the insurance but would there be a rise to the insurance quote itself or isn't this possible at all.

If it is a replacement car you will receive a partial credit from the cancelled coverage on the old car and would then pay the new rate minus the credit for the new car. Check with your agent and he will tell you how much more or less you pay and what credit you get back. Frequently done not difficult.

Did you ask your insurance agent? That is THE most correct source of information. Automobile (please notice the rules of grammar. The first word is capitalized and different thoughts merit their own sentence.) insurance is based on each model and year car, your daily driving miles, etc. This is based on risk factors the insurance considers. No u can't because the minute the old car is gone the coverage stops too.U have to inform them to transfer the old insurance to the new car so they know what was insured and what they would be liable in case u have an accident.If u have a 3 wheeker taxi(TST) scooter and now call them to claim a mercedes,it wont work.
