How long will it take to get my car accident settlement?

Accident happen april 11th was release from therapy jun 21st..i didn't have no miner problems..i hired a lawyer..but i feel like he is giving me the run around i didn't think it would take this long..just would like a time frame on when u think i will get paid and maybe how much

Sometimes it take 2-3 months, sometimes longer. If you don't trust your attorney, keep on him and find out if he's already approached the other carrier. After your therapy is completed, he should be contacting the facility for all of your records and putting together his demand to submit to the liable carrier. It takes time & patience.
