How much is a bonded title?

Do i get a bonded title or an abandoned vehicle title?

• my fiance bought a 1972 chevelle from some guy and he was not the owner. His friend wrecked it and left it at a car wash told him he will be back in a week and its been months and he cant get a hold of the owner. so the manager to the car wash sold it to my fiance he has the bill of sale but would he file for a bonded title or and abandoned vehicle title? and what is the difference between the two?
