Can a car dealership make me sign a new contract?

Help i wanted get of the car contract !?

• hi everybody i have plms little i just bought the car from dealership and it finance not lease it also used car year 2008 stupid me i didnt really inspect the whole car before i drove it out the lot i sign alot papers now the next day i wanted to return the car and cancle the contract they said no they cant because i already sign it lord so i go back home the front car seat is broken it bend backward all the way now i cant drive it like that nothing behind my back i google on interent how get out contract said something about the seller had right to cancle it if they want the thing is how can i make them want cancle the contract and how to get out of it i really want get out the contract fast. i feel sad i felt like i sign the deathwish. pls any advice or anything i be glady to read it. some say just dont pay just f it

I cannot say this enough!!! When you take delivery of a vehicle, and drive it off the dealer’s lot, you own it!! The dealer is not required to take it back, and most likely will not. If he does, you will have to buy another vehicle from him, because he is not going to refund your money. If you do not pay for the car, the dealer or finance company will repossess it. You will be given a short time to redeem the car, and usually will be required to pay off the entire loan. If you do not, the car will be sold, usually at auction. The proceeds from that sale, less any and all costs of repossession, towing, storage, title and sale, will be applied to the balance that you owe. They will then sue you for any remaining balance, and if you do not pay, will attach your wages and bank accounts. Your credit will be severely damaged, and you will have a hard time getting any other loan. The repossession will show on your credit for 7 years, and the judgment will stay for 7 years after it is paid off. You bought a car, you can try to sell it or you can pay for the needed repairs.
