What did you have to do for your driver's test?

When you a have drivers permit (18 or under) and you're ready to go take your drivers test. what do you need?

  • what papers or documents do you need to bring with you to the DMV once you are ready to take your drivers test after you have had your drivers permit for more then 6 months? just a list of all things. i hear a lot of different things from my friends. maybe if theres a parent out there that has taken their child to take their drivers test and remembers EVERYTHING that they had to show at the DMV. thanks!

  • Answer:

You need to bring in 3 forms of identification. Like birth certificate, school ID, report card, bank statement, social security card. They need something that has your address on it as well. Hope this helps. If not you can get a list from the BMV

Other answers

You showed all that proof when you got your permit, didn't you? So all you need it the permit proving you already did all that, and a car to take the test in. Good luck with the test.
