I may get my licence revoked for driving without insurnace (IN10). Can I apply for a motorbike licence?
-
I may have got my licence revoked for driving my friends car as I was under the impression I was insured. Turns out I wasn't and the police stopped us and charged me for driving without insurance. I may now have a IN10 on my licence and my licence may be revoked, meaning I would have to re-sit my driving test. I am considering taking motorbike lessons and applying for a motorbike licence while I am waiting on procurator fiscal on deciding if they are revoking my licence or not. Would they revoke both my car licence and motorbike licence? Thanks
