• I rented a car had to give a deposit and agreed to the daily rental amount. I told the guy that the car was being rented my the company I worked for and the charges would need to be placed on the company charge account which that information would be provided by myemployer. After a week the car rental agency used my bank card information and made a debit payment. My Employer had called and said he wanted the car rental payments taken from the company account. The car rental company then made another transaction from my account. When I turned the car in I found that the agreed amount of rental $16.50 a day with unlimited milage had been changed to $35 a day with limited milage. Long Story Short. The Car Agency with drew from my account a total of $1,300 and the total amount that should have been charges was $365... Have you ever heard of such a thing happening as I am going to fight this ?   Didn't you have to sign an agreement when you picked up the car and didn't they give you a copy of that agreement then? I'm sure you signed such an agreement and were given a copy.
