I lost my drivers license, now what?
-
I lost my drivers license last night. I know I need to go the the DMV but its a damn Saturday and they're all closed. The thing is I live 2 hours away from home so, can I get a new drivers license from the DMV here or am I going to have to drive all the way home to get it?

Answer:
Go to any DMV and stand in line

Apply for a duplicate license Monday. You can apply at any DMV office, and there will be a modest fee . Note that once you apply for a duplicate your old license will be invalidated by the DMV as a protection for you. If you find the old license destroy it. It's no longer good.
