What are some good psychology schools on the east coast?

What good psychology schools close to the east coast can you get into with a 3.2 GPA 2020 sat and 30 act?

  I know Penn State main campus has a great psych program and Michigan (sp?) state has a good one too according to my counselor. and that's a really good sat score so I'm pretty sure you can get into both. and 2020 out of 2400 is roughly a 1350 out of 1600. (all the websites I looked at seem to be based on a 1600 scale) But last I checked for PSU the mid 50 range for sats was 1180-1350 and i think MSU is slighty lower psu.edu msu.edu I also heard of Clark University and i think that's in Massechusets (sp?). I'm not sure it its a great school but i know most students there and psychology majors I hope i helped
