Can I pass Ohio drivers test in a rental car?

In the state of ohio, do i have to have my drivers ed certificate before i can schedule my test?

I will be sixteen on April 21st. That will be my six months of holding a temporary card. I am currently in Driver's Ed. I want to schedule my test on my birthday, which happens to be a saturday. Do i have to have my certificate before i can schedule my test? My last in car driving session is on april 15th, the sunday before my birthday. I don't know if i will be able to schedule my test an get in that soon. So, can i schedule my drivers test on my birthday, even though i don't have my drivers ed certificate yet, but will by the time my b-day rolls around? Thanks in Advance...!

I think the answer to you question is yes, you need your certificate before you can schedule your test. Your Driver Ed. teacher can tell you for certain.
