I had a minor car accident in a mall, ICBC made the unfair judgement.?
-
It was a minor car accident in a shopping mall, the other car pulled out from its parking lot, it's front bumper hitter my rear bumper. The case ICBC told me I have 75% fault because the other car with witness said I was back up to hit them. It was a fake story, firstly I have no idea where this witness come from, the car parking was nobody noticed such a minor incident. Secondly, my rear bumper had nothing, and the other car with some painting scratch, maybe the repair cost better comes to me. If I won the case, I won't claim anything. I have 30 days to appeal it, what is my strong point to fight this case?

Answer:
If the parking lot has video surveillance then that would be very strong evidence to support your story. The damages on both vehicles may not line up with the other person's story (no idea as I can't see the damages). Beyond that you really don't have much in the way of evidence.
