Can driving records from Massachusetts be pulled in Arizona?

Can i still get my license on the booked date after getting pulled over for driving alone with just my permit?

About 2 weeks ago i was driving alone with just my permit and i got pulled over. About 3 weeks before i got pulled over i had booked my road test for my license. i am wondering whether i will still be able to go and be able to take the road test and get my license on this booked date. When i got pulled over i obviously got a ticket for non license operation of vehicle and had to book a court date, so shouldnt i be able to get my license on the date booked for it, because the court hasnt decided yet and it may not be in the driving registry yet? Please Help.
