I just got a parking ticket while driving someone else's car. Will this affect the insurance on that car?

In Ma, the only thing that affects insurance is a moving traffic violation. Be a good guy, and pay the ticket, or the owner of the vehicle, will have a problem when he goes to renew his registration or driving license.

A parking ticket is a non moving violation, and will have no effect on their insurance premium. However, unless you pay it they will come after the registered owner for payment.

Parking tickets don't effect your record but if you had an accident with there car you would still be held responsible for the accident.
