Where can I find past traffic incident reports?

I'm looking for a traffic incident report from back in februray but all of the places I find are live reports that have no archives that I can find. Anyone know where I can find archived traffic reports?

Since the incident occurred on an interstate highway you might want to inquire from the State department of transportation. These reports are probably public records that are available to everyone.
