How do you go about getting hardship license?

Im 14 and i need to go to a school an hour away from me. can i get a hardship license is i cant get there?

  • I've been going to a privet school an hour away from my house. my parents are getting a devoice and my mom might be leaving the state, my dad's job requires him to travel a lot but he is unemployed right now as is my mom I'm applying for a job and might need a car to get to that as well. I'm also left home alone often and may also have the need to go to the store, I'm not sure if these are valid reasons to have a hardship license or not.

    No, you could only get that if your mother already left and your father can't drive, for being blind, or something along those lines. You can't get one just because you want to drive.

A "hardship" license is for someone who already has a license, and, through fault of their own, received enough tickets/points to have it taken away. The "hardship" is granted, through the discretion of a judge, that would overburden that drivers ability to earn a paycheck. No, there's no way you qualify for such a judgment. Especially since you cant seem to be able to use your spell checker.
