What bus do i take to get to downtown Los Angeles?

I am going to school in downtown los angeles and i need to know how to get back to montebello by bus. How long would it take for me to get to montebello form downtown LA? Thanks if you answer.

depends where in montebello you want go do you want to go via Beverley then you take montebello line 40 do you want go via whitter then it would be metro 18 or rapid 720 do you want go via Washington then it would be montebello 50 then you also have metrolink which has station in montebello each bus will take about 30 mintues note that monetbello also have express routes which only run during peak hours
