    SIGH this one again - bus manufacturer do NOT KNOW who their bus are going to so they are required by federal law and the federal highway administration to have emergency exits on the bus also be advise since this question has been ask over 1,0000 times its now a yahoo violation for asking since you failed to check to see if this question asked you ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK BEFORE POSTING A QUESTION per yahoo answers before posting you didn't i had to report you since i didn't have a choice now you just hope yahoo answer will not suspend you

Prison buses are not specifically designed and built to be prison buses. Rather they are regular buses converted into prison buses. If an emergency exit does exist, it will remain but it would blocked off

Didnt you see The Dark Knigth? After blowing up the bank, The Joker entered the school bus through the rear emergency exit. Prison buses also have emergency exits.
