What time does traffic start from Chino Hills (Chino) to Galen Center,USC ?

• This Friday (19Nov2010) i'm going to Galen Center of USC but i need to be there before 10AM i want to leave Chino Hills about 7.30AM but my brother said that it gonna be a lot of traffic at that time on the freeway , he said that we shold leave about 8.30AM but i'm afraid that it gonna be late . i try to serch this information from internet and they said that should leave at 6AM , but my brother is going to drive me over there and he say no to leave here about 6AM .. so what time do you think i should leave from Chino Hills ?(7.30AM or 8.30AM) i serch in google-map it said that have 3 freeway that we can go there from Chino Hills CA-60 W CA-60 W and I-10 W I-10 W do you think which one is the best and don't have too much traffic because it gonna be have too much traffic at Diamond Bar so please help me .
