they make money by selling cars to uneducated consumers who don't do homework on anyhting. They take advantage of people who know nothing about cars and also people who are easy to persuade. They only look at at wholesale price for value and then retail to sell. They have licenses that allows them to do that. They have a living to make but consumers choose if they will be aprt of their statistic. I have seen salespeople laught in the back about ederly, single women and minorities about how they were able to ripp off even their friends.
