if you want a new one go to a union territory where there are minimal taxes applied for old one go to a village in punjab there you can get it for cheap

dear friend, I don't know in which part of the country you are staying, as far I know in union territory due to less tax you may get cheaper than in any other part of the country. again you have to pay road tax etc than it will come to the same price as in any place it's better to purchase locally
