Should I buy a used iPad 2 or a new one?

  • Okay, here are the factors: 1) I'm buying an iPad 2 for college [plz no lectures about tht, I like an ipad and keyboard better than a laptop. Period.] 2) iPad 2 jailbreak has just been reased a few days ago 2.5) I would very much like to jailbreak my ipad but it is not extremely necessary 3) The iPad 3 is coming out soon 3.5) I REALLY, REALLY want the iPad 3 4) Huge price drops are rumored for iPads So, should i buy a used iPad so I can jailbreak it? Should I buy a new iPad and when the new ipad comes out, try to sell my iPad 2 to buy it? Or is there some other way that I'm overlooking in which I can have all of the above <:D ?

If you're really passionate about purchasing iPad3 - I would wait. If you buy iPad2 today, then its price will drop once iPad3 will be on the market and you'll loose twice: 1. from selling your iPad2 for half the price you paid 2. buying iPad3 while if you wait till iPad3 is available - you have to pay only once!
