How do salesmen ask for the sale?

How do salesmen ask for the sale?

  • Answer:

    1. The registration close: Who's name would you like the registration in? 2. The coffee close: Would you like a cup of coffee while we wrap this up? 3. Sold line close: Park it over there, in the sold line? These are silly little closes we learn from sales trainers, they really don't work as well as the trainers think, most clients see right through them. I just say: Ok, you found the car you want, the price works, when do you want to pick it up?

A good product sells itself . The better your product is ' the easier it is to sell . A forced sale means your selling a bad product that you have to lie or deceive to sell . In a nut shell sell good product from a good company , and you'll never ask for the sale ' The costumer will ask you.

Good question. Some guys I've seen just walk right out the door. One dealership I dealt with when guying my first not so used car they go "Hey so and so, do you want that person!" Honestly not sure how they do it. I think you just have to be good at your job, fast on your feet, and out that door. With the one vehicle we're going to get, I drove onto the lot, and the guy came out. So he's the guy I've been working with since April. Ya know I should call my aunt and ask her boyfriend, he's a salesmen. Looks like I may of misunderstood the question!!!

...and will this be titled to you or to you and your wife? After the presentation, test drive, and some idle chat, assume the sale.
