Used 2000 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI worth to buy?

• I was looking for a pontiac car and finally I found the 2000 Bonneville SSEI. I need to know if I am making the right decision in buying this used car! I took it to a car service and had it inspected by a specialist there and after doing full inspection on the car, he told me he wouldn't hesitate to buy it. It looks great and doesn't seem it was in any kind of accident. Has anyone owned this vehicle before and had problems with it? It costs $6000 (Taxes and fees already included) and he told me I could buy a full warranty from him, but that would cost extra. Is it worth to buy the car for that much? Thanks in advance.

  Ehh wouldn't click that link just in case. Anyhow I have not owned Pontiac Bonneville SSEI but a car similar to it. I owned a 2000 Monte Carlo SS. Same engine basically but yours is supercharged and you have a heavy duty transmission since yours is supercharged. Anyhow, I drove my Monte hard, finally transmission gave out on me at about 118000 miles but engine is still going strong, got good gas mileage, good passing power. So, I am sure you will get just a little less gas mileage with that extra horsepower but better passing power, and if you take care of it, I am sure it will last a while. The car sounds like a good deal though, how many miles does it have? I could possibly find better deals though, you can always go take a look on autotrader also.
