What does inbound into customs mean?

  • I ordered some shoes from china a couple weeks ago and my order was going fine until last sunday, it says inbound into customs for the last week now. Is something wrong with my order.

  • Answer:

all international item have to go through inbound into custom, it means they USA is checking ur item to see if there is anything wrong with it. I ordered a guitar from japan and having the same thing. I was told just to wait, depending on what class ur mail thats how fast they will do it. I know they are iincredibly slow at this thanks to all the terrorism. Hope this helps. Oh yeah, IF they are interested at ur item, they have teh right to open ur package, and that will take forever to get through.
