Can I return a car back to a dealer?

False advertising from the dealer after two weeks can we return the car.(Canada)?

• The dealer was supposed to wave the first two month . After the car was purchased they called and said the deal had changed and they were not going to honor the agreement. The salemen was told the only reason the car was bought there was because of this deal. There was also other deals that fell through on the car and we let those slide. Now we are angry and want to return the car. She has had the car for two weeks and one of the weeks has been dealing with the dealership on this matter.We feel they scammed her into buying this car and now they say we can't return the car.She is financing the car.

  You can only do what it says in the contract you signed. That is the only document that matters. If it says you can return the car, then return it. If it says you can't, then you have to keep it.
