Auto sales question please be a dealer?

ok so here is my question, i am buying a 2012 ford explorer limited its got everything the sticker price they have on the window is $48K im not stupid i know they can go down maybe not down $10,000 but they can go down. im also trading in a car (a 2008 chrystler sebring) its in good shape nothing wrong it it and honestly it is a really nice car i just want a new SUV instead of a car. im paying cash on the spot for this car so how do i get them to make it cheaper on my part, i no you as sales people dont want to give out anything that could reflect bad on your company but im not asking you to speak bad or to even say which company you work for. i just want to know what are some tips for getting them to not only bring the price of the car down a little but maybe bring the price of my trade in up. my car on KKB trade in value was $11,000 not to bad but he just ran a quick number and said it was about $6500 roughly and that they might be able to bring that number up once they take a look at it. and my last question what about having things added on there at not price increase i have herd and seen people that want lets say a boss speaker system in there car and they say throw the speakers in no extra cost and we have deal. how does that work? i want a trailer hitch on my explorer but im not about to drop the $500+ on having them do it for me when i have a feeling i can get it free or cheaper if i bring it somewhere. please give detail answers and you will get best answer if you answer them all give me some tips for talking to them anything from tone of voice how firm i should be to even maybe what i should be wearing. i am 22 and not a business man or anything like that so i cant really walk in in a suite an tie but i can dress nice if need be i just want the best price for the car and remember im paying cash so im not looking to talk back and forth about payments it will be paid for when i pull out of the dealership. please be a car sales person or if you have done this before go ahead and throw in your two cents anything will help

Answer:
You will get a much better deal if you sell the Sebring yourself and don't use it as a trade in. If you trade it in, they might give you a decent amount for it, but they won't come down much on the Ford. I suggest you pay the $30 fee and go to the consumer reports new car section. They will breakdown everything on the Ford for you and give you a very good idea what you actually pay for it.
