What's the purpose of an engagement?

Whats the purpose of buying a new big pickup truck only to drive it around town with the back empty 24/7?

• Is this to attract the girls that have no purpose the same as driving a pick up truck as your transportation or is there more to it? During the time I owned a truck it was for my business and I trashed it on purpose and never wash it and never drove it around when I wasn't doing a job. Thats what my motorcycle and or my IROC was for.

  When I had my truck I treated it like a truck but at the same time took care of it,It was lifted on mud tires and it was a toy,but also my only vehicle and if I wanted to toss a four wheeler in the back or haul trash I could.In my opinion if you can only have one vehicle it should be a truck,they are more versatile than any other vehicle,if you're concerned about gas mileage get Ford F-150 eco boost,they get 26+ mpg and will out pull a chevy or dodge V8 or if you're looking for an older truck an F-150 with an inline six will get you about 17 mpg,my old F-150 was getting a nice 10 mpg..Im looking at getting another F-150 right now,I just love them so much. Why do you like your IROC?Or your motorcycle?You have your reasons for liking them,we have our reasons for liking our trucks. And it doesn't matter to me at all,but girls do love guys that can control a monster with huge mud tires.
