Should I try being a car salesman?

• I have a friend that told me he can probably hire me at a car dealership if I wanted to try it. I am currently unemployed, 20 years old. Should I try being a car salesman? Is it a hard job, could someone my age sell a car? Can someone give me the pros and cons of being a car salesman? P.S. I have ZERO experience in car sales.

  You'll have to start by learning how to do it. It all depends on how many jobs you can choose from. You do realize that being unemployed is not the best option for young people and that opportunities don't come often. The pros are: clean job, good perspective, getting to know a lot of people. Cons: not too well paid, hard to sell anything nowadays. Like most things, it may seem difficult, but nothing is impossible if you try really hard.
