Why am I scared of cold shower and too hot water?

I am scared to take a shower and go to the bathroom and get water in the kitchen at dark.HELP PLEASE!?

My friend read me so many scary stories on my ipod. i am so scared every ware i cant even go to the bathroom i cant even walk the the gas station by myself ... Please help!!!

Stories have nothing on what stuff I have been through. Plain and simple, when you walk out take a deep breathe and tell yourself over and over NOTHING is there. Take a flashlight if you want. Do you have a dog? Dogs are good for fear relief. What is something that doesn't scare you, but comforts? Anyways, do not listen to music or anything because it makes you paranoid as to what you "can't" hear, when walking somewhere. Remember most of those stories are just that... Stories. Unless you deal in paranormal activities (which you shouldn't) there literally isn't anything to hurt you.

Ahhh c'mon. Stories always remain as stories. Nothing mentioned there basically exists so chill out. Be brave, you're not a CHICKEN right? I hope so. So just move your feet and get to where u want to. Nothing exists in fact, nothing scary nothing strange.
