Who has a deviant art?

HELP!!! I cant submit my art on Deviant art!!!!!!!?

im new to deviant art and i dont have the membership thing or whatever its called!! so i tried to submit my art and at the end i clicked i agree to...blah blah... and i clicked submit to submit my art. but then this submission policy in a little window comes and at the top it says AGREEMENT. i scroll down and theres no i agreement box for me to click!!! all i can click is "open in new window" and "print" at the top of the little page. i cant SUBMIT MY ART!!!! I WORKED SO HARD ON IT!!! HELP!!!!!! WHAT CAN I DO??? WHATS THE PROBLEM?????????? HOW CAN I SUBMIT MY ART!!! PLEASE HELP ME TT_TT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

At the end only check the box on the mature warning.
