Resume writing help ?

I need help fast...The "contract for hire" company that is trying to place me want more info on my resume about my work experience at Sears...This is what I have right now and I really don't know what more to add ! any suggestions ? 1994 - 2009 Commision sales Sears St. Joseph, MO Customer service, sales, stocking, inventory, cleaning, signing, training new associates, also covering other departments when neccesary. •Top sales person and highest sales ever last 6 years I worked for Sears. My job taught me to be a great mediator and to pick up slack where others leave off. •It also taught me great people skills and organization skills and also to "multi-task".

Signing? Sign language? Or taking responsibility for something done? How did you learn to be a great "mediator". Did you resolve disputes between others? How did your job teach you that? Did you find that "product knowledge" helped your sales? If so, what was it like "covering" other departments? Describe "people skills". What kind of "multi-tasking" are you referring to?
