Is it worth it to purchase a premium membership on Deviant Art?

  • I have been using Deviant Art for 7 months now and really like it. I want to buy the premium membership but am wondering if it will even help drive traffic to my Etsy shop. I know the premium membership allows you to view more art at once, but does it allow your work to get seen more? I'm looking to gain more exposure in the art world and would like to know what other premium membership owners feel about theirs? Also, is it compatible with a Mac? (a lot of services clash with Macs it seems).

    Purchasing premium membership won't change how many people view your art, it just gives you more features that you can use. As for the compatibility, I don't see why it wouldn't be I mean, if you've been using it for 7 months on a Mac then premium membership should be the same thing. If you want more people to view your art edit your tags. The more words you use the more likely someone will type something in and stumble onto your art. Think of ANY possible thing they could type that could relate to your artwork. Hope this helped somewhat c:
