How do I make fabric roses?

How much would a junk yard make me pay for fabric?

• so at my college i joined an originization and my organization decided to help out with the art and eco fair that my school is hosting. and to do that, were makeing trash into art. i didnt really know what i could make until i saw the leather seats in a car parked near mine (i was so not creeping they were birght green and pink so how could i have missed them!) well i thought to myself, "that fabric would make the cutest purse" -lightbulb- so i decided that i could go to a salvage yard and cut up the seats to make high quality purses out of "trash" :) genius right? wrong~ apperently you have to pay for what you take, but i was wondering, would i have to buy the whole chair or just the fabric, or i heard that some only make u pay like 20$ to get in then u can leave with whatever. idk never been to a junk yard. also if i do have to buy the fabric or the whole chair are they cheep? like cheep enough to make a profit off of :) sorry that was so long. if it helps im going to the salvage yard in comal TX. its called the comal auto salvege yard.
