What are the in demand jobs in Singapore / Australia / Euro countries (UK, France, Italy) ...?

I'm a freshman student from the Philippines, I am thinking of shifting to Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science, Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts, or Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I would like to know what are the in demand jobs in those countries and will be in demand even after I graduate and have working experience which would probably take more or less 8 years? Which degree would most likely to give me the highest chance of working abroad (particularly Singapore / Australia / UK / France / Italy) ? My first choice is actually Communication Arts, but a lot of here are mocking the Arts field and say that it won't get me anywhere. My 2nd choice is Behavioral Science, and my last resort is HRM. I know ya'll gonna say that health care is always gonna be in demand. Well, I tried in that field but I failed. As for Engineering, IT and Architecture, I know myself well enough to even try those things. Would Communication Arts and Behavioral Science really get me nowhere near my dreams?

Forget Europe, move to Australia. It's closer to you, and mind you, the situation here in Europe is getting so bad, even Western Europeans want to move to Australia themselves. That should tell you something.
