Is deviant art a fraud or fake?

• my sister had just but bought me a 17' laptop book bag from deviant art. she bought it 6 or 7days ago and they haven't even gave her a confirmation email yet. has anyone else had this problem is deviant art a fraud or are they legit. they don't seem to have a phone number either and they only work through email. My sister had emailed them Wednesday and what they told her we're sorry your message can not be processed at this time. Does anyone have a suggestion on what i should do or did a similar situation happen to anyone else from deviant art? additional info: My sister typed in all the info that was used for the credit card then in the shipping info she put my address in because she was trying to do it as a gift.

  Roughly 10 of my friends in real life, more online, and I have been using that site for over 4 years. I haven't had a problem with it yet, though at times it might get slow. As for the viruses, just don't click on random ads and popups. Even though I've never had popups on there. But to answer your question: it's a legit site, there might have been a typo when typing the e-mail address. If not, then the server might be busy. Try again. If that still doesn't work you might want to report a problem to the help desk. If they're unable to ship the laptop, they won't charge your credit card.
