How to decorate a diary?

Where can i buy a personal diary(journal) with dates starting from April 1 - March 31st?

• I wish to gift someone special a personal diary. Since her birthday is on 31st March, I was hoping i could gift her a personal diary with dates starting from April 1 (financial year diary) with a lock. The purpose of my gifting her a diary with lock is for her to reminisce the fact that she used to carry a diary with lock as a kid. Since giving her a regular diary with dates starting from 1st January on 31st March may not make much sense, I'm searching for a financial year diary with a lock. I even tried checking with local printers to have one printed, but no one was willing to take the order for a single diary. Some one please advise where i can get one (or made). I'm willing to spend upto 60$. I wouldn't mind shelling out more if the end product is worth it. Thanks in advance.
