What is the difference between textile decoration & textile printing?

• I mean, is there any difference? Our text book only reflects on textile printing and dyeing. It also include block printing and tie dye. I've checked a few question papers of previous exams, one says what is textile decoration? Describe the necessary equipments and method of block print. Another says, what are methods of decorating fabrics? Write necessary elements and method of tie-dye printing. Now, I'm confused between textile printing, textile decoration & fabric decoration.
