What exactly is book art?

What should i put in my "book of art" art project?

• over the holidays i have to make a book of art with anything like drawings, photographs and unusual things and i am clueless of what to put in it, please help me!!!!

  Gourds have been used as an art medium for many, many years. They would be a great, unique addition to your art project. Dried gourds have been used to make birdhouses, bird feeders, bowls, vases, lanterns, etc. I have seen dried gourds painted as Snowmen, Santa, cats, various birds, penguins, snakes, etc. They can also be hollowed out and used as wall art. Very beautiful, interesting art!
