I found this site called http://sai.detstwo.com/sai/ and I'm kinda confused about it. What exactly do you download from this site? Is it the full Paint Tool SAI for free? Is it just a translation and you need the actual program? And also, is it safe? Sorry if this is confusing. Basically, this website: http://sai.detstwo.com/sai/. What do you download from it? Like, is it the full version of Paint Tool SAI in English? And is it safe to download it? Thanks.

No, it's the trial. The [full] just means it includes both sai and the english packs, etc. The other is just the packs.

It is a English and Japanese language digital drawing/painting program. You can try it free for 31 days before paying for the purchase of the software. It is more illustrative and feels more natural if you like to create artwork with your tablet/pen. Think of it like the Microsoft paint program but x 10 better because it has brush tools and layer options, etc. But it does not come with all the editing effects of Photoshop and Gimp.
