Hoe can i make a birthday card by hand?

My friends birthday is coming up really soon and i didnt have time to buy a card and i think it will be nicer to make one but i wanna know if there is a site i can use but i dont wanna download or buy anything i know there is a way to make it on microsoft but how can i make it so that it folds and looks like a birthday card not just a paper..

Do you have Microsoft publisher? that is an easy way to accomplish that but if not you can do it on Word too. I don't know how to explain how to make it...but if you print on card stock it may look professional enough. You sound like a great friend and I'm sure she'll love it either way. You could always just print images and paste them on some paper that folds.
