Is there any film school online?

If im interested in the film industry and going into film school, where should i start?

• i really want to go to film school (possibly nyu or a uc school in california) cuz ive always found it to be interesting. i have all A's, a 4.0 and am ranked 74 in my class (above average), im pretty involved in theatre and shakespeare shows at school. so i feel like i have a good chance of getting into a good school, but i know that film school is REALLY competitive and im trying to be realistic about my chances of getting in. im signing up for a photography and video course at my high school, but is there anything else you would reccomend i do to better my chances or getting into a filmschool or to improve my skills in this field. any advice is really appreciated! thank you

  Imo, take the money it'd cost you to get into that type of film school, and put it into your first production as a director. Best education, ever.
