im helping my moms friend find her cousin online. i need to go on a FREE webite that doesnt make me pay to get information about them. every website i tried lets me search them by name and shows that they have information on them, but then it says i'll have to pay 2.99 a month in order to see the information. please please please help! i really need it. it has to let me search by name and get the information about them free.
