What will be the future of software technology?

Do you think people will be paid daily for their employment in the future?

• Businesses went from paid weekly to paid bi-weekly to save money, but in the future, why should it be necessary to wait that long. Why wait at all? It seems as soon as you clock out, you should have the money that you earned in your bank account. What does everyone else think? Having the business keep your pay for two weeks has it's advantages such as you can't spend what you don't have, but when you think about it logically; one shouldn't have to wait to be paid. With technology getting better every year, sometime in the future, people should be able to get their earned pay as soon as they earn it. Do you agree? Would you want to receive your pay as soon as you clock out (or quit working) for the day? Payroll software will be smart enough in the future, if they aren't smart enough already now to deduct the appropriate amounts for taxes, so the software can debit the company's account and credit all the employee's bank accounts.
