What do you believe, is a good way to die? and In books, what kind of,if any, death interests you?

I believe dying in your sleep is a good way to pass. It's painless and you won't even feel like.. It'll probably just be like an eternal sleep. Murder? It scares me; this kind of death truly does.. But it's so fascinating! No, not the killing itself, but the murderer's psych and what he was thinking/what led him to do what he did.

I think a "good death" can be attained when you are truly at peace with yourself and the world around you. I was just praying a little while ago and was talking to God, something I haven't done in so long and I regret that. I told Him that I want to be with Him. I just turned 30, and yes I'm a young guy, but even the most blessed lives on Earth are bound to be met with hardship. It's so hard to live here. If you think of how old the universe is, the average life span of about 70 years or so is nothing in the scheme of things. I view life as I view a time share in a sense. It's a place that you spend a short duration of your time and you want it to be as beautiful and fulfilling as possible while you're there, but your real life, the greatest part of it could never be found here on Earth. Instead, it can be found when we're with God and how I hope He deems me worthy enough to be with Him. I even prayed just now and told Him, I'm afraid of pain, I don't want to suffer but I know I have to die if I'm going to be with You. Like the others have stated here; sleep would be a great time to pass on, but only when the night before with every fiber of your being you knew that what awaits you after this life will easily eclipse anything we have ever experienced here. I love you God.
