How do i delete facebook from my wireless phone?

How do I delete my facebook if I cannot log in without a cell phone? I need a good trick around this?

• FYI: CAN NOT LOG IN, they claim to only take a cell phone # ....( its a thing they do to new users now.) Also I am asking in social science because they don't have a "good ideas category for creative/educated or connective minds) and the facebook section mostly has rabid facebook fans who were no help at all. Here's the dilemma. I need a way around the "requirement" so I can at least DELETE this thing....now out of my control...which is scary. F-ing Facebook has been zero help. I even tried saying my email and FB was hacked (well it was.... by facebook ;) so they sent a message letting me know the email linked to my facebook was compromised to get this.....that email and here's how you reset it...that's nuts, if my email was compromised now the person who did it can" fix it "via that email....freakin idiots. So any geniuses out there..... A trick. A hack. A good friggin idea? I just want to delete the damn thing. Thanks any help really appreciated.

  I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to login or delete, but.... If you don't have luck deleting it, you could always deactivate it...I know it's not the answer you were looking for... "If you deactivate your account from the "Deactivate Account" section on the Account page, your profile and all information associated with it are immediately made inaccessible to other Facebook users. What this means is that you effectively disappear from the Facebook service. However, if you want to reactivate at some point, we do save your profile information (friends, photos, interests, etc.), and your account will look just the way it did when you deactivated if you decide to reactivate it. Many users deactivate their accounts for temporary reasons and expect their information to be there when they return to the service."
